Valheim – Mistlands

Our Cinematic trailer for Valheim Mistlands is finally here! This is the 2nd Valheim trailer (see hearth and home trailer) from us at Brikk, and we are super happy to be able to share it with you finally. In the Mistlands trailer, we follow our beloved friends from the Valheim cinematic universe, Ulf-Grim, and Lisa. They bark out on a journey on their Loxes after taking down the all-mighty Yagluth. It’s a long journey over vast landscapes with mighty Deadsquitos luring in the air. And not a moment too late, they finally reach the mighty mist wall that serves as our pathway into the Mistlands.

As the mist stirs, long-forgotten secrets are unveiled… Will you be brave and resilient enough to discover them?

Character development

Below you see two concept drawings for our characters Ulf-Grimm and Lisa. Both Ulf-Grimm and Lisa got introduced in the Hearth & Home trailer that was released last year. But in this trailer, we chose to leave Ragnar at home and let Ulf-Grimm and Lisa go on adventures.

The script is created together with the team at Valheim. After the script phase, director Philip Engström and Storyboard artist Magnus Jonason took over the process, below you see a draft from the storyboard.
