Gant – The story of Gant
Gant’s story began in 1907 when a young boy named Bernard Gantmacher dreamed of a better life and decided to cross the Atlantic in search of a new beginning. This year Gant celebrates 70 years and we were honored to create this film where we get to follow Bernard and his wife Rebecca’s journey.
The brand is known for introducing the button down shirt to the masses. Their success was based on an unprecedented use of colors and fabrics. It was also Gant who established the “hang” on the back of the shirt to be able to easily hang up the shirt.
Today they provide menswear, womenswear, childrenswear and home decor items with over 550 stores worldwide.
We were honored to tell their story with beautiful images and slow motion animations.
